When am I charged 3% — before or after payment for the order?

Only after. We only invoice for completed and unreturned orders. Returned or cancelled orders don't count, regardless of when — we only invoice for revenue you actually keep.

What will happen to my existing Google Ads account and its history?

We connect to your existing account and build on its learning. It remains yours — when you leave, you keep the account and everything in it.

How fast will my first campaign run?

Most e-shops have campaigns running within 15 minutes of registration — the only human step is installing a tracking pixel via GTM.

Is this a replacement for my agency or PPC specialist?

For most medium-sized e-shops, yes. The platform handles structure, bids, budgets, creative, and reporting. Teams that also need brand strategy or creative production usually keep that part in-house.

What channels do you support now?

What is PNO, and why do you optimize for it instead of ROAS?

PNO (cost-to-revenue ratio) is the ratio of costs to revenue as a percentage. It’s the inverse of ROAS — lower is better — and speaks the same language as e-commerce owners when they think about margins.

Can I cancel at any time?

Do you guarantee results?
